BAZAAR BOUTIQUE does not guarantee that all items included in the BAZAAR BOUTIQUE web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the unfortunate event that an item is unavailable, BAZAAR BOUTIQUE will contact you shortly by email. The main reason for this possible inaccuracy is that the physical stores shares stock with our web shop. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although BAZAAR BOUTIQUE strives to display the correct texts/descriptions, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in our web shop can differ from their actual colors. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

If you have been charged a wrong amount on your order placed in the web shop, BAZAAR BOUTIQUE will provide you the option of either placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. BAZAAR BOUTIQUE cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the site



All products are covered by The Norwegian law on Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.

BAZAAR BOUTIQUE (“BAZAAR BOUTIQUE”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a trading name of the BAZAAR BOUTIQUE Team. We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about them. What personal information do we collect from you and how?

BAZAAR BOUTIQUE collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift card for a friend or register for a service offered by BAZAAR BOUTIQUE. By registering you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es), phone numbers in order for us to fulfill your order. 

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number, if not already given. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

How this information may be used, including anyone it might be shared with

BAZAAR BOUTIQUE may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We will also use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders and manage your account. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Your personal information may also be shared with other trading divisions within the BAZAAR BOUTIQUE Team. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences (as detailed in the next section). We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

We do collate information about site traffic, sales, wish lists and other commercial information which we may pass on to third parties but this information does not include any information which can identify you personally.

Finally, we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address provided by you.

From time to time BAZAAR BOUTIQUE may also share your data with third party business partners to provide you with targeted advertising. In such cases, these third parties will be subject to confidentiality agreements and instructed by BAZAAR BOUTIQUE to comply with applicable data protection law.

How you can access and if necessary, change the personal information BAZAAR BOUTIQUE maintains

If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by BAZAAR BOUTIQUE is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the “Sign In” menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the “My Account” section. Here you will be able to manage and update your billing, shipping, alternative shipping addresses and manage your address book. You will also be able to view your order history, wish list etc.

Only you or, upon your request, the Customer Service Department, may access your personal data from the website using your password and user ID. Information may be changed online. You can change or delete saved credit/debit card details each time you make a purchase. You will also be able to delete saved credit/debit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address. If you prefer, you may contact our Customer Service Department (see details under Contact).

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, you can click the small box to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties, which we think you may find interesting. But only if you tell us you wish this to happen.
